Terms and Conditions of 688xt – Terms of Use

1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following terms have the meanings set out below:

2. Eligibility and Registration

To register and use the services of the 688xt, the User must meet all of the following requirements:

• Be at least 18 (eighteen) years of age at the time of registration;
• Be a resident of Brazil and hold a valid CPF in good standing with the Receita Federal;
• Have full legal capacity to enter into contracts in accordance with the Brazilian Civil Code (Law No. 10,406/2002);
• Not be enrolled in any active self-exclusion program on any betting platform or online casino;
• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information in the registration form;
• Not have any other active account on the 688xt platform – only one account per CPF.

The 688xt reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or close any account that does not meet these criteria, at any time, without any obligation to provide justification beyond the scope of these rules.

3. Identity Verification

The 688xt operates identity verification procedures (Know Your Customer – KYC) in line with industry best practices and applicable Brazilian law. Users may be asked to provide documents confirming:

• Identity: Valid government-issued photo ID (RG, CNH, or passport);
• CPF: document issued by the Receita Federal or proof of your CPF number;
• Proof of address: a water, electricity, gas, or phone bill in the User's name issued within the last 90 days;
• Payment method: proof of Pix key, bank statement, or another document linking the payment method to the registered CPF.

The verification process may be requested at any time, particularly before the first withdrawal or whenever the platform identifies activity that requires confirmation. Failure to provide the required documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in a temporary hold on withdrawals until the matter is resolved.

4. Account Use

The User is solely responsible for all activities carried out on their account at 688xt, including bets, financial transactions, and interactions with support. The User's account-related obligations are:

• Keep your login credentials (email and password) strictly confidential;
• Do not share account access with third parties, including family members or friends;
• Immediately notify 688xt support if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account;
• Keep your registered email address and mobile number up to date to ensure you receive communications and authentication codes;
• Use the account solely for personal entertainment purposes; any commercial use or professional odds arbitrage is strictly prohibited.

The 688xt never asks for passwords via email, chat, or phone. Any communication requesting your password should be ignored and reported to support immediately. Two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS is available in account settings and is strongly recommended.

5. Deposits

The 688xt accepts deposits exclusively through the payment methods listed below, all linked to the registered User's CPF:

• Pix: instant, available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including holidays. Minimum deposit of R$ 20.00;
• Boleto bancário: settlement period of 1 to 2 business days. Minimum deposit as indicated on the platform;
• Credit and debit card: Visa and Mastercard accepted. Subject to anti-fraud review and issuer limits;
• PicPay and Mercado Pago: transfer via digital wallets registered under the User's CPF;
• TED: accepts payments from Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, Banco do Brasil, Caixa, and all other Brazilian banks, with processing times of up to 1 business day.

The 688xt does not charge fees on deposits. Any fees charged by the User's financial institution or digital wallet are solely the User's responsibility.

6. Withdrawals

Real Balance withdrawals are available once the identity verification (KYC) process is complete. The withdrawal terms applicable at 688xt are:

• Minimum withdrawal of R$ 50.00;
• Pix withdrawals processed within 3 minutes, available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week;
• The destination Pix key must be registered under the same CPF used to sign up at 688xt;
• TED withdrawals are processed on business days within 1 business day;
• 688xt charges no fee on Pix withdrawals. For other methods, fees may apply as indicated at the time of the request;
• Prior to the first withdrawal, the User may be asked to submit verification documents. The balance remains available in the account during this process;
• Bonus balance may only be withdrawn after the rollover requirement for the relevant promotion has been fully met.

The 688xt may request additional documentation for withdrawals above certain amounts as part of its compliance and anti-money laundering procedures, in accordance with Brazilian law.

7. Sports Betting

Sports betting at 688xt cover football (Brasileirão Série A, Copa do Brasil, Copa Libertadores, state leagues, and international competitions), basketball (NBB and NBA), volleyball, MMA/UFC, e-sports, and other sports listed on the platform. The following rules apply to all bets:

• Confirmed bets cannot be canceled by the User, except when the Cash Out feature is available and active for that bet;
• Minimum bet of R$ 1.00 per ticket. Maximum bet as shown by the limits displayed for each market and competition;
• Odds may change up until the bet is finally confirmed. The odds displayed at the moment the User confirms the bet are the valid odds;
• If a match is suspended or canceled before the end of regular time, the bet is voided and the staked amount is returned to the Real Balance;
• Obvious odds errors (incorrect odds resulting from a system glitch) may result in the bet being voided even after confirmation. The User will be notified and the stake refunded;
• Live bets are subject to a brief delay between in-game action and the availability of updated odds. 688xt is not liable for bets placed on events whose outcome had already been determined prior to confirmation.

8. Casino & Games

The casino at 688xt offers slots, Live Casino, crash games (Aviator, Spaceman, JetX), roulette, blackjack, baccarat, and other games provided by internationally certified suppliers, including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, Spribe, NetEnt, and others. The following conditions apply:

• All casino games use a certified RNG (random number generator) verified by independent entities. Results are random and cannot be manipulated;
• The RTP (return to player) of each game is disclosed by the provider and reflects the long-term average – it does not guarantee the outcome of individual sessions;
• Technical failures during a game will be handled according to the provider's rules. Rounds interrupted by connectivity issues are generally voided and the stake refunded;
• Demo mode is available for most slots and crash games with no deposit required. Winnings in demo mode cannot be converted into Real Balance;
• Minimum bets on casino games vary by title and are shown in the game interface, starting from R$ 0.20 for slots;

9. Bonuses & Promotions

The 688xt offers bonuses and promotions as described on the Promotions. Each promotion has its own specific terms, which take precedence over the general rules in this clause in the event of a conflict. The general rules applicable to all bonuses are:

• Bonuses are credited as Bonus Balance, kept separate from Real Balance in the account interface;
• The rollover indicates how many times the bonus amount must be wagered before it can be converted into Real Balance. Example: a BRL 100.00 bonus with a 5× rollover requires BRL 500.00 in eligible bets;
• Bets placed on markets with odds below 1.50 (decimal) generally do not count toward the rollover — each promotion's specific rules define the eligible markets and odds;
• Bonuses have an expiration date. Unused Bonus Balance or unmet rollover requirements by the deadline will result in the bonus being cancelled, with no impact on the Real Balance;
• Each promotion is eligible once per User, CPF, residential address, device, and IP address, unless otherwise stated in the specific terms;
• The 688xt reserves the right to cancel bonuses and forfeit winnings derived from abuse, including the creation of multiple accounts to accumulate promotions;
• Rollover progress is displayed in real time under the "My Bonus" section within your account.

10. Account Closure

Users may request account closure at any time via live chat or by emailing suporte@688xt.best. Prior to closure, any pending withdrawals of available Real Balance will be processed as normal. Bonus Balance with an unmet rollover requirement will be cancelled without compensation.

The 688xt may suspend or close accounts in the following situations, among others:

• Providing false information or falsified documents during registration or verification;
• Use of more than one account per CPF;
• Suspected money laundering or fraudulent activity, subject to balance hold and review in accordance with applicable law;
• Violation of any rule under these Terms;
• Self-exclusion request submitted by the User.

In the event of account closure due to suspected fraud, any withheld funds will remain blocked during the investigation period. The User will be notified by email of the outcome of the investigation.

11. Prohibited Conduct

The following are strictly prohibited on the platform 688xt, under penalty of immediate suspension and possible balance hold pending review:

• Creating more than one account on the platform using the same CPF or different details to bypass verification;
• Use bots, automated scripts, third-party software, or any tool that automates bets or interactions with the platform;
• Intentionally exploiting odds errors or system glitches – visibly incorrect odds must be reported to support and not used;
• Placing coordinated bets across multiple accounts to manipulate markets or artificially accumulate bonuses (bonus abuse);
• Depositing or moving funds of illicit origin, or using the platform for any money laundering purposes;
• Assign, sell, transfer, or lend the account to any third party;
• Using the platform from jurisdictions where the service is not permitted.

12. Responsible Gambling

The 688xt is committed to responsible gambling and offers the following tools directly in your account settings:

• Deposit limits: daily, weekly, and monthly limits, configurable by the User. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 7-day waiting period;
• Session alerts: notifications when playtime reaches the limit set by the User;
• Temporary self-exclusion: account block for 7 days, 30 days, 3 months, or 6 months, activated in just a few clicks;
• Permanent self-exclusion: permanent account closure upon formal request, with a minimum processing period of 24 hours to take effect.

13. Privacy and LGPD

The processing of Users' personal data by 688xt is governed by the General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13,709/2018 – LGPD). The data collected is used exclusively for:

• Processing of deposits and withdrawals;
• Communication with the User regarding their account and promotions (where consent has been given);

14. Limitation of Liability

The 688xt is not liable for financial losses resulting from sports betting or casino games, which are inherently random and carry risk. The User bets and plays at their own risk, fully aware of the nature of the service.

688xt is not liable for:

• Temporary service interruptions due to scheduled or emergency maintenance, with advance notice provided whenever possible;
• Unauthorized access to the User's account resulting from the User's own negligence in safeguarding their credentials;
• User decisions based on statistics or odds displayed on the platform – these are for reference purposes only;
• Losses resulting from internet connection instability on the User's end during live game or live betting sessions;
• Any delays in deposits made via bank slip or TED resulting from the processing times of the User's financial institution.

The 688xt employs all reasonable technical measures to ensure platform availability and security, targeting 99.5% uptime per year.

15. Changes to the Terms

The 688xt may update these Terms at any time to reflect operational, legal, or product changes. The User will be notified of material changes with at least 15 (fifteen) days' notice to the registered email address.

Continued use of the platform after the notification period constitutes acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree with the updated terms, you may request account closure before the changes take effect, at no cost.

Previous versions of the Terms are archived and made available upon request to support for historical reference purposes.

16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, in particular the Civil Code (Law No. 10,406/2002), the Consumer Protection Code (Law No. 8,078/1990), the General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13,709/2018), and the applicable legislation governing the online betting and entertainment market.

Any dispute arising from these Terms that is not resolved amicably by the support team of 688xt shall be submitted to the competent court based on the consumer User's domicile, in accordance with the rights set forth in the Consumer Protection Code.
